They are active in a variety of fitness organizations to stay ahead of the latest fitness trends. They work closely with many of our manufacturers in focus groups to assist in perfecting current equipment functionality and designing new products. Our manufacturers rely on our sales consultants experience to help improve their products and as a result, improve business for our clients.

Our sales consultants experience is backed and supported by our senior management team consisting of AEE’s President Gregg Spieker and Vice Presidents Bruce Schlagel & Rick Barbee. Gregg, Bruce, and Rick each have over 20 years of fitness industry experience and are actively involved in creating solutions and improving services to our clients
