We used your feedback to produce a Rack System that shows our commitment to quality and great performance. Hammer Strength has developed another group of products that provide coaches with the training variety, efficiency and simplicity to train large groups of athletes effectively with the most advance training techniques.
Band pegs on the top and bottom of the Rack offer options for over-speed training, variable resistance training and technique development
Rugged 3" x 3", 7-gauge steel tubing and rust pretreatment ensure long-lasting durability
Solid frame construction and dual 1" solid steel adjustment pins stand up to the most severe training demands
Multiple position chin-up handles reduce wrist stress and accommodate pull-ups, chin-ups, and close grip pull-ups
